If We Can, We Will

Official Rules 

1.  ELIGIBILITY. The Granny Squibb Company’s “If We Can, We Will” (the “Campaign”) is only open to residents of Rhode Island who were not or are not in the employment of The Granny Squibb Company or any of its affiliates, or subsidiaries, advertising and other coordinating agencies involved in this promotion, or the household members or immediate family members (spouses, parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings) of any of the above. 

2. SPONSOR:  This Campaign is conducted by The Granny Squibb Company (“Sponsor”) located at 244 Weybosset St, Providence, RI 02903. 

3. TIMING.  The Campaign begins at 12:00 pm. ET on November 5, 2019 and we will accept applications until further notice (the “Rolling Application Period”). Submission in no way guarantees offer of assistance from Sponsor or any affiliates of Sponsor. Recipients of assistance will be notified via email of assistance offer. Recipient is under no obligation to accept the offer of assistance once presented. Those who do not receive assistance will be notified via email. 

4.  HOW TO ENTER.   There is exactly one way to submit your entry into the Campaign. Fill out the form at www.grannysquibb.com/outreach

a. FORM ENTRY To enter The Granny Squibb If We Can, We Will “Campaign” follow the submission form instructions. All applications must be submitted via www.grannysquibb.com/outreach . All submissions include the following information and submissions will not work unless all required fields are filled in:

  1. Your Name 

  2. Your Contact Information - phone, email, etc

  3. Social Handle (or how you found out about this)

  4. Who or what is the organization/cause

  5. Location where help is needed

  6. What are your goals?

  7. What progress has been made thus far?

  8. What are your requests of us?

  9. What is your timeline?

  10. Additional Comments

b.   ALL ENTRIES:  LIMIT: One (1) entry per person.  In the event of multiple entries from one person, only the first entry will be counted as valid. Proof of emailing or online submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt of entry by Sponsor.  By participating in the Campaign, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by and accepts these Official Rules.  

5. OBLIGATION: Sponsor is under no obligation to applicant to provide any service or assistance unless Sponsor directly offers applicant assistance and applicant accepts. Reasons for not providing an assistance offer may be provided but are not required by Sponsor. Decisions of Sponsor (including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection of entrants and recipients, and the awarding of assistance) are final and binding in all respects.
